A historical running experience you will not want to miss.
The start line sits on the front courtyard of Hampton Court Palace, and your finishing line will be found in the stunning Palace Gardens.
The Palace Half course is very flat but oh so picturesque. The half marathon starts and finishes inside historical Hampton Court Palace. This epic event allows you not only to run a half marathon for charity, but it also gives you entry into one of the UK's best historical attractions.
The race is very proud of its famous medals for finishers. Run like Henry VIII and make your own history at this fantastic event.

The Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris is now one of the biggest marathons in the world and perfectly combines a personal challenge with the chance to discover one of the world's greatest cities.
Race day will see you pound the pavements of the French capital's most famous avenues and plazas. Starting at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe, and finishing with views of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower to guide you home. Every year, this unique and spectacular setting attracts more and more entrants. There are now more than 23,000 runners from abroad, making up 40% of the field.
All runners will have to provide a medical certificate to be able to run, this can be obtained from you GP and a template for this is on the official website.

The adidas Manchester Marathon, the UK's second largest marathon and one of Europe's largest is an iconic event drawing participants from all over the world to the vibrant streets of Greater Manchester.
We pride ourselves in welcoming all to take on our 26.2 mile challenge, from some superb elite runners, to those who thought completing a marathon would never be possible. Many regular runners find this the ideal event to get a personal best time, whilst everybody finds the incredible Mancunian support throughout the course unforgettable.
2024 saw a record-breaking 32,000 people sign up to take on the challenge, after final entries sold out months before. 2025 is set to be the biggest year yet as the event returns on Sunday 27th April.

This ever-growing festival of running is now a major event in the Scottish sporting calendar. Starting in Edinburgh, the course heads out through East Lothian offering stunning views and an unforgettable running experience.
The marathon route is one of the fastest in the UK making that elusive personal best a distinct possibility! Edinburgh Marathon joined the world's elite road races in 2012 by becoming the first marathon in Scotland to be officially recognised by the IAAF, the athletics governing body. The IAAF bronze label puts the race among the top 75 in the world making it a pivotal part of the sporting calendar for runners.
