Open Gardens 2024: Your final chance to attend

July is here, which means summer is here and it’s an ideal time to visit some of the most beautiful gardens in the area. Hospice in the Weald’s Open Gardens season enters its final weeks for 2024, so whether you are a keen gardener, or simply enjoy soaking up the atmosphere of a garden in the sun, now is the time to schedule your visit. A collection of unusual plants, including ornamental grasses and Japanese acers, with beautiful views over the countryside. 

Admission: £5 (cash only) 

Little Walkhurst, Benenden

Little Walkhurst, Benenden

Sunday 21st July, Sunday 28th July, Sunday 4th August

Ranging from a 1.5-acre cottage garden, a 4.5-acre wildflower meadow, a wildlife pond, and an art studio, there is a lot to see here. 

Admission: £5, Under 16s £2 

We invite you to visit our Open Gardens this summer; it’s enjoyable and you will be supporting your community. All funds raised go towards Hospice in the Weald’s care and support for people facing terminal illness, and their loved ones. We look forward to seeing you at Little Walkhurst and Stone Cross House!
