Description:  Timber framed cottage c.1740 with association to Hawkhurst gang, set in 1.5 acres of cottage style garden with an ornamental pond. In addition, there is a large pond in the front garden with a summerhouse, a 4.5 acre wildflower meadow, a woodland walk to a WWII bomb crater and now a wildlife pond. The art studio will also be open to visitors. Some interesting and rare artefacts found buried in pond silt are on display.
