As the sun begins to cast its rays over the gardens at Hospice in the Weald, the Memory Orchard bathes in the warmth and embraces the change of season. Overlooking the local orchards and oast houses in the peaceful Hospice gardens, the stunning Memory Orchard is a permanent and beautiful structure, holding memories of loved ones amongst the copper leaves.
Choosing to place a copper leaf, with a personal dedication to your loved one, is such a special way to remember them. The leaves are made of copper and can be gently moulded into a unique leaf shape. As the copper ages, the leaf becomes as unique as the person you are remembering.
For a suggested donation of £120, your leaf will hang on the beautiful Memory Orchard for a year (or longer if you wish) and will be a lasting tribute in memory of your loved one. Every leaf engraved with the name and message for someone special is a unique and personal tribute and your donations will directly help local patients and those important to them to get the support they need, to make the most of precious time together.
After one year, we will write to you and you can either choose to have your leaf returned to you in a special presentation box, or to remain on the Memory Orchard for future years, for an annual £120 donation.
You are welcome to visit the Memory Orchard to see your leaf and to spend time reflecting and remembering those special people in your life.
