“A skydive has been on my bucket list for years and I thought, what better way to do it than raising money for the Hospice in the Weald?
The Hospice is very close to my heart as my father-in-law spent his final days there and my sister-in-law works there too. The support and empathy that the Hospice provides to families during such a distressing time is amazing.
I am glad that my skydive can help in a small way to support this beautiful place. I can honestly say that the skydive was the scariest thing I have ever done! My family thought I had gone mad for agreeing to do it!
However, the feeling once you jump out the plane is exhilarating and very emotional. I would say to anyone who is thinking about it to do it before you get too old!” – Jane, who participated in our Skydive day in 2023 and absolutely loved her experience.
