At Hospice in the Weald, our team goes above and beyond to make sure our patients, and those closest to them, receive the support they want and need. We are here for terminally ill children and adults who require individual and personalised care, which includes helping their family and carers, too. From supporting physically and emotionally to sparking fun and creativity through games and activities, our children’s service leaves no stone unturned.
To make a difference, we listen. Not all help is obvious and bold – we understand that everyone is different, and we’re here to help in any way we can. This festive season, help us bring more smiles to our patients. The small things matter, and your support does too.
Christmas is a magical time for us all, but none more so than for children. At Hospice in the Weald we help Children as well as adults living with a terminal or life threatening illness and their families to enjoy the precious moments they have together.
