Do not worry. Quite often we speak to patients and those important to them who know that they need help, but don’t know what help they need. You can search the Help Hub, or call us on 01892 820515 any time of the day and night. Our trained Hospice nurses and Paramedics will be able to help you work out how we or someone else can support you.

I’m struggling to care for my loved one

Caring for someone with a terminal illness can be difficult both practically and emotionally. We can support you in caring for your loved one in many different ways, including nurse visits at home, equipment, emotional support, and considering in-patient care. Our patients can access any number of Our Services, and many access more than one. Be that support in the community from the Hospice Outreach Service, to in-patient care, or Counselling to help you or your loved ones come to terms with your illness.
